Your key responsibilities
- Work within a specific ET Business Management team to understand their portfolio, financial plan and internal processes.
- Provide support with tasks including
- Umbrella invoices reviews and approvals
- Forecasting file administration
- Ad hoc support (cleanup activities, success stories collection, SharePoint/Teams maintenance, other ad hoc work)
- Business Management Support staff may under supervision taking responsibility for an area of the business undertaking activities such as
- Financials & Resource reviews and updates
- Conducting monthly budget review meetings
- Planning & Forecasting
- Acting as BMO SPOC for any queries customers may have
Skills and attributes for success
- Technical skills requirements
- Understanding u of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, operations)
- Some exposure to end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, portfolio, and program/project levels
- Experience working within an IT environment
- Business Analytic skills
- Confident with use of excel and powerBI
- Additional skills requirements
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Customer orientation and responsiveness
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
- English language skills - good written and verbal communication
- Experience working in a global IT environment
