The Asset Servicing Analyst working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting timely and accurate fund parameterization process.

• to ensure accurate and timely updates are applied in fund accounting platforms
• to perform all fund static data type of activities as instructed to support Fund Activity, Projects, BAU or Business Support
• to actively cooperate with other internal teams within fund assets valuation process

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely execution of processes within Fund Static Team i.e. fund launch, closure, ad hoc requests
• Support team’s metrics by gathering and maintaining daily logs for performed tasks
• Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including Oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments
• Identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process followed by the single-handed preparation and implementation of solutions eliminating these gaps
• Identifying ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiating changes for them – proposing improvement solutions
• Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation
• Encourage positive and professional working environment
• Timely answering to standard and most of the non-standard queries related to duties performed, adhering to high standards of business correspondence

Qualifications:

• Individuals at this level exhibit basic executional capabilities and are beginning to take on more responsibility
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
• Proven success as a team player
• Good knowledge of capital markets subject matter
• A good understanding of Financial Operations
• Desirable: SQL System and Fund industry experience
