CO Analyst – Customer Service with Spanish & Portugal*you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Handling customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, freight and quality claims, payment deductions or discrepancies, and other related policies and procedures.
- Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions and liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities.
- Preparation of reports, analyzes, summaries and qualitative indicators.
- Providing reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility.
- Continuous improvement of processes & LSS project (leadership or core team member).
- Active participation in transition, support for transition leader and process and quality specialist.
Your Skills andExpertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Facing – B2B experience nice to have, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service.
- Spanish and Portuguese at least at level B2
- English at least at level B2
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Good communication skills and ability to present professionally and confidently (both via telephone and face to face)
- High affinity to use software solutions – including SAP and Salesforce (or similar)
- Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues
- Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes
