Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare imaging sales in the assigned territory. Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly forecast, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage.
- Managing sales to or through partners and distributors, may include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of GEHC imaging products and business of the assigned areas, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities.
- Target, get access, build relations, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for GE Healthcare imaging businesses, products & services within allocated territory. Represents OneGEHC and acts as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitions and accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services in the assigned territory. Provides on-going feedback to management, modalities, services and marketing.
- Providing leadership in market analysis anddevelopment/executionof strategies and action plans to drive sales in the assigned territory.
- In Cooperation with Modalities and Marketing drive One GE Healthcare imaging marketing events in assigned territory. Be aware of segmentation and targeting in HC, and apply relevant product benefits to each client’s segment.
- Influencing and leading all business partners for smooth collaboration in order to deliver solutions meeting customer expectation.
- Proactively build network with government bodies and Key Opinion Leaders as well as deep understanding of healthcare structure/players in assignedterritories/accounts.
- Coordinate indirect deals for multimodality projects and aim at maximizing share of direct deals within assigned territory.
- Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management, and development of long-term customer relationships.
- Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial & channel sales
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrates ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions
- Experience in understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
- Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
- Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
Desired Characteristics
- Proven account management and project planning skills
- Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a large company with a matrixed environment
- Fluent in English
- Healthcare equipment sales experience
- Preferred to have experience for medical equipment sales within Indonesia area with strong understanding of the market and buying groups
- Knowledge/experience with GE Healthcare product portfolio
