Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience building a technical support team in a technology, technology services, SaaS or cloud business.
- 10 years of experience with distributed compute environments, software development, big data analytics, cloud computing including virtualization, hosted services, multi tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems or content delivery networks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
- Experience in leading global or distributed teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Experience in reading software code in one or more language such as Java, JavaScript, Python.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and grow in an evolving and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
