Role overview

Core Responsibilities:

  • Defining product requirements for a small business customer profile and lifecycle management
  • Model, build and implement services related to customer profile and related parties
  • Build and implement customer lifecycle states and associated processes
  • Ensure that all upstream and downstream services are integrated with our services
  • Model, build and implement a single customer (retail or small business) view across markets and line of businesses
  • Ensure that all the customer journeys impacted by our services are operationally ready with the appropriate process workflows agreed with stakeholders
  • Design and implement a permission and entitlements framework considering entity relationships and lifecycle states

Essential skills/experience:

  • Several years of experience in product development /solutions architecti.e. going through a full product lifecycle from identifying a market need to post launch execution preferably in a multi-market and multi-product landscape
  • Familiarity with different types of small business profiles, such as sole traders and limited companies, and their interaction models with banking services
  • Experience working with large complex data sets and data modelling
  • Working knowledge of UK and Europe regulatory requirements related to customer data management in banking sector, including data privacy laws, KYC regulations and AML policies in UK market
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of small business banking customer particularly in the areas of customer relationship management, customer identity management ,regulatory compliance, and fraud management
  • Excellent problem solving abilities to address challenges related to data integration, regulatory compliance, and customer data management
  • Collaboration skill to work effectively with cross functional teams.
