Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of asset managers and analysts

  • Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks

  • Analyze financial statements and property operating statements

  • Conduct property inspections

  • Review reserve draws

  • Process assumption and consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements

  • Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.

  • Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring

  • Conduct market research and prepare market reports

  • Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports

  • Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate

  • At least 5 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience

  • 7+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios

  • 7+ years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans
