Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of asset managers and analysts
Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks
Analyze financial statements and property operating statements
Conduct property inspections
Review reserve draws
Process assumption and consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.
Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring
Conduct market research and prepare market reports
Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports
Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate
At least 5 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans
At least 5 years of experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
7+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios
7+ years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans
