- 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients in person as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in overseeing product area related client projects for multiple high-impact or mission-critical customers to increase product adoption.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex problems by evaluating internal and external risk of action plans.
- Ability to serve as a domain expert and product thought leader for a critical industry, vertical, sales program or business unit.
- Ability to develop and drive business plans for pods or product areas, supporting business planning and identifying areas to support the Director's overall strategy.
