Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
3 years of experience in a technical project management role for the development of software systems in a cross-functional, cross-organizational context.
Experience working with matrixed organizations and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Agile scrum development or Waterfall development.
Track record of successfully driving projects of increasing complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be data-driven and highly analytical, with demonstrated experience of translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights.
Excellent leadership attitude, including proven project management skills, including multi-country projects.
