IBM Partner Plus is the main platform to offer various type of sales benefits mainly with sales materials, marketing support kits, digital marketing tools and training material for Business Partners. Partners use the platform to plan, personalize, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns.
In this role you will design the entire contents reach to the partners, support delivery of platform benefits and accelerate the partner capability in Japan market.
Responsibilities may include:
• Develop localized GTM messages and product value proposition mainly through the web channel reflecting entire IBM GTM strategy
• Align and support with lead generation initiative coming from web or events
• Enrich partner business use case awareness
• Supporting contents production processes including content reviews, loading and publishing, campaigns, and helping troubleshoot campaign execution issues.
• Timely communicate on program updates and enhancements
• Proactively collaborate with IBM internal stakeholders to be familiar with the market trend, insight, and the demand from the field
• Report Japan marketing leaders on up-to-date business status and insight
• Experience in Contents Marketing
• Web site development skillset which includes, contents localization from English to Japanese, Japanese calibration, web page design and updates
• 3+ years marketing experience
• Excellent program/project management and execution skills, with ability to
• Prioritize and meet deadlines
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail and a self-starter
• Fluent in Japanese & English – strong verbal and written communications skills
• B2B partner marketing experience: understands partners, and the varying levels of marketing skills and resources they can deploy
• Experience in campaign design and delivery
• Experimentative mindset – works quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works
