You will report directly to our Sr Director Strategic Planning and you’ll work out of our Houston location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and implementation of strategic plans (STRAP process)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organic and inorganic growth
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
• Travel less than 20%

• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, consulting or related roles within the Smart Energy and/or Thermal Solutions industry or similar
