Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement account plans to ensure that short and long-term revenue goals are met

  • Develop and close sustainable booking across technologies

  • Accurately forecast and close sales in accordance with company goals

  • Understand customer business challenges and demonstrate how to address them using Red Hat's solutions and services

  • Find new opportunities within your assigned clients

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a technical discipline

  • Sales experience, preferably in the software or IT industry for a telecommunications or cellular carrier; demonstrated record of success

  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing

  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese; language skills in English are a plus

  • Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative
