PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Provide project management support and governance of Unity+ processes and procedures
  • Ensure all documentation regarding the various program processes and procedures are written, approved, adhered to, and updated as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Unity+ Process Governance documentation globally, including documenting any theater nuances
  • Act as Channel SME for all program governance, including discounting, Deal Registration, program compliance, and renewal incumbency
  • Create and participate as an active member of the Global Process Governance Team; ensuring team alignment to overall Unity+ Program standards with respect to enhancements, integrations, etc.
  • Responsible for managing, facilitating, reporting on, and helping resolve issues related to governance process, including XXX
  • Owns requirements for program improvements/updates
  • Create and Lead Unity+ change review processes - including tracking decisions and driving closure to all requested changes, interfacing with program business stakeholders as necessary, and communicating changes to all parties – internal and external – in an effective manne
  • Project examples include, but not limited to: Due Diligence for Partners, Partner Agreement Audit, Legal Agreement updates, Unity+ Discount Changes, Program Changes, Price Changes, and Discounting updates
  • Develop material and presentations for internal and external use, including any necessary account manager training, rules of engagement, QBR’s, and sales meetings
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Theaters, Sales Operations, and all F5 functions, working to proactively to enable Channel strategies and programs
  • Drives alignment with key business partners in Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales Operations, and Marketing while developing strong working relationships based on credibility and impact
  • Provides clear and timely communication within Sales and Channel teams as well as Theatre Sales teams regarding any program changes or compliance updates
  • Support program guiding principles; drive harmonized industry-best practice process across Sales & Channel field, and partner types
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to effectively work with all levels including executive management
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to gather feedback, build consensus and implement program updates effectively.
  • Strong ability to work internationally and understand different priorities in various cultures.
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Excellent communicator to a variety of audiences both internal and external.
  • Must demonstrate the highest level of BeF5

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years working in Sales, Channel or Sales/Business Operations, Program Management or Business Insights capacity
  • Previous two-tier channel experience working in a technology organization is highly desirable

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00
