Services Sales:
- Develop a strategic growth plan for global Services Sales, including an operational roadmap; execute through the regional structure.
- Steer performance and financial results of Services Sales, along with the Customer Success regions.
- Own the global Services Sales booking number.
- Innovate on commercial and, with CS&D and Partner organizations, delivery models.
- Drive the full Services Sales portfolio within the regional Services Sales organizations and in accordance with Board Area Customer Success and global Chief Business Office strategy.
- Represent single point of contact for SAP on Services Sales.
- Drive consistency, simplicity, speed, customer value realization and evelated customer experience.
- Work with CS&D to drive a successful end-to-end services engagement.
- Serve as Executive sponsor on key, global, strategic customers, and engagements.
Premium Engagement:
- Develop a strategic growth plan for global Premium Engagement, including an operational roadmap; execute through the regional structure.
- Develop the Premium Engagement global market; innovate via new technologies an digital modalities.
- Serve as Executive sponsor on key, global and strategic Premium Engagement customers and engagements.
Portfolio Design & Governance (PD&G):
- Manage the strategic component of the services cloud portfolio transformation through executing and accelerating the cloud service portfolio life-cycle.
- Support 3-in-a-Box involvement for portfolio roadmaps to safeguard the strategy and priorities of Winning Plans.
- Drive portfolio adoption at scale; define offerings which contribute to cloud revenue.
- Create and commercialize the roadmap, develop digital selling channels.
- Accelerate SAP's Service Portfolio shift to the cloud.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience running a professional services / cloud services sales organization with a large P&L. Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including c-suite.
- Cloud product knowledge across Solutions/Tools and applicable across Buying Center's.
- Keen interest in adopting new technologies and tools; including market trends.
- Demonstrated large global project and program management skills.
- Experience leading within a matrixed, global organization, across functional areas and diverse cultures.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills on Senior Management level / C-Level.

Fluency in English, any other language an asset. Fluency in the language of local markets desirable.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent accreditation required; Master's Degree or MBA Preferred.
