In this role, you will…
- Oversee a team of Clinical Specialists whose role is to drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s clinical protocols and ClinCheck software program as well as clinical troubleshooting.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to direct reports in relation to performance, workflows, duties, day-to-day activities, and tasks to achieve agreed targets.
- Plan onboarding and training of new hires within the region’s organization
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, coaching and personal development.
- Analyse the outcome of programs and initiatives through reporting and propose new approaches and action plans.
- Investigate and analyse clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
- Receive assignments with goals, objectives, and processes.
- Demonstrate Leadership and influencing skills (“go-to-person”)
In this role, you’ll need …
- Require a bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental tech, dental hygiene/therapist.
- Typically has 4+ years of directly related experience as a Clinical Specialist or equivalent.
- Experience in customer relations and people management/leadership roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, ability to influence through public speaking.
- Strategic thinker – ability to think outside of the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good analytical and numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
- The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
- Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
