In this role, you will…

• Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the
areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting
primarily for regional doctors.
• Investigate and Analyzing of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and
adverse events.
• Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or outbound.
• Assist in the education of customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of
company products;
• Participate in online and live educational events;
• Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as
proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.


In this role, you’ll need …

In this role, you’ll need …
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry is needed. Masters or Specialization in
Orthodontics is desirable. Young professionals are also welcome to apply.
• Two to three years’ experience in customer relations in dental related areas is
desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
• The willingness to rotate shifts, if needed.
• The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant
growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
• Availability to work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular
working hours.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong interposal, listening and persuasive
communication skills to give the best advices to our customers. You naturally
strive for the best performance and you have the willingness to learn.
