This position requires working during late evening hours from 2 PM to 11 PM (IST), with a 1-hour lunch break included. Are you available to work during these Non-Shift hours?

What you'll be doing

• Close Process: Conduct timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Journal Entries and Reconciliation: Prepare journal entries and reconciliation schedules to support monthly close package.
• Accounting Treatment: Research, evaluate and document the accounting treatment for non-standard revenue transactions under US GAAP.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to make Unity’s close procedures more accurate and efficient.
• Reporting, Audit, and Support: Assist with monthly reporting and flux analysis, assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements/footnotes and SEC supporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders, support external/internal audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility, and support management by completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks.

What we're looking for

• Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification required.
• Experience: Related work experience.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ASC 606, Revenue from Contract with Customers.
• Teamwork: Strong team player that is willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Communication and Technical Skills: Superb communication skills, both written and oral, and knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

• Technical Experience: Experience with BI Systems, Salesforce, Zuora Revenue, Workday Financials, and/or NetSuite.
