Develop Partner Enablement and onboarding programs to increase Channel productivity and ultimately grow revenue. Develop and maintain Partner Portal; leveraging Workramp to drive onboarding programs.
Collaborate with marketing and product management to create new or adapt existing enablement materials like presentations, white papers, demo videos, proposal templates etc. Foster collaboration between our partners and cross-functional internal teams.
Provide training to partners about our products and services and build their confidence in selling these solutions effectively. This includes sales tools that support the selling process, such as product training modules, customer case studies, and competitive battle cards. Partner with the Channel team and other stakeholders to understand challenges or gaps in knowledge and skills, develop strategies to address these, and improve overall channel productivity.
Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of channel enablement activities to company goals.
Regularly evaluate partner enablement metrics, measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement deliverables to make iterative improvements.

Familiarity with channel sales dynamics and capabilities in understanding partner needs.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
