As the Offers and Shopping Data & Analytics Director within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics organization at JPMorgan Chase, you will support advanced analytics projects across products and marketing. You will lead the delivery of a wide range of advanced analytics, including product insights, digital analytics, experiment design, test-and-learn, and exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement with Offers. Your responsibilities will include generating feature performance metrics and insights, as well as crafting data stories and presentations of key findings for stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with partners such as Products, Marketing, Technology, Personalization & Insights, Design, Research, Channels, Finance, and other analytics teams across Connected Commerce.
Job Responsibilities-
- Work closely with Product teams to understand business needs, optimize digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and drive better Offers engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities to increase Offers and Shopping awareness, discoverability, improve product features, and grow user engagements
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of product changes and inform decision-making.
- Partner closely with data owners on orchestrate data to build robust, modernized data
- Work with product owners, marketing, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and measure success metrics for new features and initiatives.
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to provide insights into key customer digital behaviors.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Required qualification, capabilities and skills-
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field is required, along with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in product or digital analytics is a plus.
- Demonstrate people management and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods.
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills; Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; “tell a story” with data to all levels of management and partners.
