In this role, you are expected to:
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily coordinator activities for Recruiting as well as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas, including on-boarding, new hire processing, and other related activities
• Partner with HR, Recruiters, and Business managers, to successfully manage recruiting initiatives
• Assist multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and/or Recruiting Managers
• Assist Recruiters with generating ad hoc reports, as needed and maintaining information within Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday) and other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Interact with various levels of candidates, Human Resources (HR), and managers to schedule interviews and ensure a successful on-boarding experience
• Interact with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, generate internal and external offer letter, and arrange accommodations and transportation for remote candidates
• Complete HR System transactions, such as entering new employee data, processing job and payroll changes and ensuring compliance with all established guidelines
• Perform work in compliance with applicable regulations pertaining to immigration and work authorization
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Human Resources policies and practices preferred
• Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
