In this role, you are expected to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact of Recruiters for posting jobs in the Citi Careers portal, screening resumes and scheduling candidates for interviews
  • Manage candidate workflow using the Citi applicant tracking system for graduates (Workday)
  • Attend to candidate inquiries through the Campus Query mailbox
  • Assist the Onboarding team in chasing candidates while completing their onboarding and background check requirements
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge with Human Resources policies and practices preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
