Identify new opportunities and handhold media to ensure a seamless experience.Growing reliance on influential voices in Thailand for photography, videography, health, fitness, creative, music, entertainment, education and parenting.Manage and respond to day-to-day influencers enquiries and ensure our influencers list and profile are up to date. Managing PR inventory; keep track of devices and accessories, update the tracking spreadsheets on a timely basis, coordinate for delivery and pick up.Planning, Reporting & Budget ManagementPlanning and management of a number of projects, prioritising these to meet critical deadlines delivering work on time and on budget.Organise briefings with influencers and media; planning of briefings, capturing coverage, and reporting on results.. Manage localisation of newsroom and press releases across all lines of business.Provide information when requested on PR matters and produce an on-time, regular report of activities, coverage, and issues which are distributed across key PR news to local and international team when relevant.To deliver budget recommendations for future activities, including raising POs on time for all work and to track budgets throughout each quarter, keeping to agreed spending limits.
