How you’ll spend your day
  • Define and develop sales force effectiveness to support optimizing sales resource allocation and effective sales forces structure
  • In depth analysis of SFE to drive top-bottom line performance, identify performance gap and provide solution
  • Create territory plan, identify account potential, customer segmentation, design sales representative territory, ensure implantation of sales cycle plan visit & KPI setting to monitor by utilizing VeeVa CRM, proactive flag performance gap and finding solution to close gap and generate report on dashboard
  • Prepared market sales data, DDD, develop internal sales report system, sales analysis report and sales productivity to support each commercial business unit
  • Support sales target setting by providing sales target formula, calculation template for territory target allocation and involved in co -approval sales target with commercial business unit
  • Lead Incentivize program such as sales incentive program, reward or recognition program to drive business achievement on each business unit and also keep sales motivation
  • Coordinate planning on sales and marketing activity, support engagement platform and efficient KPI tracking such as number of event, participants, event feedback etc.
  • Enhance sales and marketing capability by supporting initiative tool such as Tendering system, digital engagement, etc.
  • Lead digital marketing activity by providing communication platform on each engage channel, coordinate with marketing to launch content, evaluate and monitoring with efficient KPI
  • Monitoring and controlling in sales operation by work close with distributor, responsible for key contract person to ensure all activity align with commercial policy such as master price, pricing validation, sample for HCP process, FOC, CN processes etc.
  • Set up training milestone, training module and lead schedule for each commercial business to enhance sales and marketing capability
  • Manage the expenditure budget for the SFE program
  • Comply with compliance and commercial policy regarding interaction with Health care professional and follow up company code of conduct, be a role model in compliance, ensure self and commercial team are compliant
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science is preferable, graduated in IT, engineer, marketing are acceptable
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical with Sales or Marketing or SFE background; experienced in digital marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience from working with CRM-systems, databases, data analysis in Pharmaceutical Market
  • Extensive skills in Excel
  • Fluent English in both communication and presentation
