Key job responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns across various owned and paid channels to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align campaign strategies and goals across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand message and maximizing lead generation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage the marketing budget for owned and paid channels, allocating funds strategically to maximize return on investment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in performance marketing, adopting new and innovative tactics to stay competitive.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, out-of-home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and performance.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to target audiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing channels.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of web analytics and digital marketing metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
