您的职责是

• 为客户提供快速、专业的售后服务工作，包括安装、维护、维修及现场升级服务等。
• 执行及时有效的维修动作及良好的客户沟通工作，维护客户满意度。
• 保持跟销售部门、售后业务部门的紧密合作，促进影像售前售后业务的发展。
• 完成相关的KPI指标的考核。
• 负责福州周边地区飞利浦CT 等影像类产品的维修保养升级。
• 完成公司各项指标要求，准确提供工单和报告。
• 参加公司要求的培训并乐于接受新知识和技能。
• 维系客户关系，支持销售拓展商务机会
