- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships or management consulting in the ad tech, retail, shopping or technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in retail or online commerce.
- Experience in using insights and employing thoughtful structures to solve problems and communicate solutions.
- Ability to be comfortable in escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to senior leadership when appropriate, and demonstrated success in negotiating complex agreements all the way through execution.
- Excellent people management and communication skills to formulate and articulate business, financial and other points with partners as well as internal Google teams.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
