Your key responsibilities

  • Act as the SMO for multi-country clients and implementations.
  • Support the engagement team with the global MCPO delivery of multiple clients and all client escalations.
  • During the implementation phase, support the implementation and engagement teams to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and managed in a compliant manner.
  • Support the smooth takeover of implemented projects into an operational delivery and manage the account governance on an ongoing basis in line with the client expectations and the Global Payroll Operate procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of payroll services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement. Leverage Global Payroll Operate tools, technology, methodology and processes.
  • Learn and help to transmit global methodology and best global payroll practices to all team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support the engagement team with client-related communications.
  • Support the preparation for regular client reviews and preparation of reports on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Help to identify opportunities for process optimization and drive the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate annual rollover tasks, such as calendar preparation and EY tool updates.
  • Work with the engagement team to address escalations, resolve issues, prepare root cause analysis, and communicate outcomes to account teams.
  • Support the processing of scope changes and related contract adjustments, including change requests and documentation updates.
  • Be involved in client-related change management efforts, including the adoption of new tools, processes, and system upgrades.
  • Contribute to proactive management of risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation and transparent communication for a seamless experience.
  • Support the EP/EMs on client budget preparation, handle invoice management.
  • Manage client and EY team access to engagement platforms.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to clients and EY teams for service-related inquiries and tasks.

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience

  • Understanding of payroll processes

  • Experience with payroll technology platforms

  • Project Management experience and skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Client service experience and skills

  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills

  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Flexibility to operate in a global across-time-zones environment
