Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate clear, concise marketing strategies that position Netflix and our titles in a way that resonates with the fans and consumers
Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment between strategy, creative execution, and business objectives for Brand and Content, both
Manage relationships with both internal and external partners. eg. filmmakers and creators, Global teams, XF partners, ensuring they understand (and are bought into) how we’re bringing content and brand to life in market
Identify agencies, brief, and manage the day-to-day with the (creative, media, production, etc), ensuring their work delivers maximal impact.
Budget management, ensuring we allocate our funds in the best way.
Work on special projects; stunts, content creation, digital activations, events, acquisition campaigns and more.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience in managing Internet first brands
Experience in developing 360° marketing campaigns from scratch, including strategic positioning, audience identification, media strategy and launch roadmaps.
Proven track record of creating creatively excellent work that generates impact.
Experience working with media agencies on planning / buying for large 360 campaigns and a strong understanding of the social landscape and key platforms relevant to our consumers.
Concise and clear communicator.
Ability to autonomously lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
A self-starter that can easily connect the dots, see opportunities and get things done.
A professional that will thrive in our culture of responsibility and freedom.
An understanding of the South entertainment market would be a plus.
