• Conduct quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance effectiveness across the assurance spectrum.
• Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of our internal audit, internal controls and risk management efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to design and deliver robust onboarding and educational programs that empower our assurance workforce with essential skills and knowledge relevant to their profession.
• Facilitate clear and impactful communication across all levels of our assurance function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Your Profile**

We are seeking talented young professionals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A solid understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, with relevant experience in one or more of these areas.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in AI application and python programming for workflow design, data manipulation and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Apps
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about existing processes and potential improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and valuing diverse perspectives.
