Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in thermal management from infrastructure to chip including next generation cooling technologies, materials, components and solutions.
- Experience with global thermal supply base and technologies for server and storage infrastructure.
- Ability to drive change with a long-term perspective across multiple functions, work in ambiguous situations, and resolve conflicts while working cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
- Ability to be a team player, result and detail oriented.
- Excellent leadership and management, business acumen, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
