What youll do

In this role you will be responsible for the growth and adoption of SAP Cloud solutions in the India MU working with the PES management. This role involves close interaction and alignment in both planning and execution with the Regional Team as well as colleagues from Marketing, Business Managers, Sales and PreSales, Corporate and Digital Hub. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Act as a prime contact from and into the field organization in the MU for all key programs within the Partner Solution Success team.

2. Plan, coordinate and conduct enablement and High Touch coaching for KEY partners across Business Suite and AI, BTM, BTP and HCM solutions.

3. Align partners for new program rollout and driving early adoption and buyin.

4. Explain the value creation and differentiation journey to partners and encourage them to create their own differentiated IP leveraging RTM’s like QPPS and VPUCs.

5. Work with the field teams to identify knowledge gaps in the partner ecosystem and help bridge the same with targeted coaching sessions.

What you bring

To be successful in this role requires a deep knowledge of Cloud ERP, Cloud LoB, strong program management and communication skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to have impact through virtual team leadership and remote management.

1. Excellent knowledge about the Indirect GTM and the competitive landscape preferably in the Corporate (Mid Market) space.

2. Knowledge about how a matrix organization works. Know how to get things done through formal and informal channels, understand the orgin and reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures.

3. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.

4. Interpersonal skills : team player, proactive networking attributes, results driven.
