Support the establishment of the flex future factory operating systems in relation toProcess/Quality/Equipment/MESengineering and operations management.
Standardize the definition and calculations of these KOIs in a structured methodology for its deployment worldwide.
Support & drive policies to implement these KOIs across flex sites, including naming standards, process steps, data maintenance, and compliance measurement.
Implement these policies in the sites, ensuring compliance.
Work among Operations SME’s and others to prepare training material for better understanding of these KOIs and their implementation procedures in multiple languages.
Define roles and responsibilities of operations people at site, global and regional levels from the point of view of KOIs.
Support and drive policies and guidelines to set targets for KOIs per site, global, regional levels.
Formulate standards reports, and presentations to management as required.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the operations and IT teams to ensure that operational requirements are accurately translated into IT development
The experience we're looking to add to the team:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training plus a minimum of 8 years of in operations with operations management experience.
Experience in global/regional roles preferred, including globaldeployment/implementations.
.Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
A lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
