Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies from Essential like Lean and Six Sigma
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Project Management: Manage and execute projects aimed at improving operational processes and systems.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to teams on continuous improvement tools and techniques. Develop and conduct Lean training programs for employees at all levels and departments.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Constantly promote, educate and instill the culture of waste identification and elimination throughout the plant in manufacturing and support areas.
Create plan for deployment of Lean toolkits in workplace.
Promote cross-functional and inter-site teamwork to accomplish shared objectives.
Participate in Lean council meetings.
Provide supervision to OPEX team in ensuring workload are well distributed and monitor to ensure projects completion on time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
More than 7 years experience in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, production background
Proficient in executing operation excellence on delivering improvement result,
Production Essential, Delivering Excellence on continuous improvement experience
Required skill(s): Ability to plan and execute actions meeting business goal aligning to strategy goal and objectives. Strong communication skill to influence and delivering projects into actions to achieve high performance result
