Requirements
Educational Background : Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or Economics.
Professional Experience : Over 6 years of experience in analytics, data science, management consulting, or equivalent analytical and project management roles.
Leadership and Management : Proven track record of managing high-performing data scientists and quantitative analysts.
Strategic Influence : Experience driving strategy within large, global, and complex organizations, effectively collaborating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Problem-Solving Excellence : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on driving action and achieving impact.
Project Management: Expertise inmanaging analytics projectsfrom inception todelivery, including developing structured solutions.
Data Visualization: Proficiency increating visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Technical Skills : Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques
Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Python, SQL,and BigQuery
Communication Skills : Ability toexplain technicalconcepts and analysis implicationsto diverse audiences
