Requirements

• Educational Background : Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or Economics.

• Professional Experience : Over 6 years of experience in analytics, data science, management consulting, or equivalent analytical and project management roles.

• Leadership and Management : Proven track record of managing high-performing data scientists and quantitative analysts.

• Strategic Influence : Experience driving strategy within large, global, and complex organizations, effectively collaborating across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Problem-Solving Excellence : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on driving action and achieving impact.

• Project Management: Expertise inmanaging analytics projectsfrom inception todelivery, including developing structured solutions.

• Data Visualization: Proficiency increating visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

• Technical Skills : Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques

• Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Python, SQL,and BigQuery

• Communication Skills : Ability toexplain technicalconcepts and analysis implicationsto diverse audiences
