As an Associate/ Vice President in our Institutional Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing plans for prospects and clients across Pensions, Insurance, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Consultants. You will work with a variety of internal teams to ensure our market leading thought leadership, digital ecosystem, campaigns and events are delivering our propositions effectively. You will be a key for the wider EMEA marketing teams to unlock their ambitions across the region. Your role will be critical in the growth of our business and burnishing the reputation of our brand.
This role reports to the Head of Institutional Marketing for EMEA, and is based in London.
Job responsibilities
- Plans, drives and executes the institutional marketing agenda for particular institutional segments, working with distribution, product and content colleagues to manage and deliver digital, event, campaign and thought leadership communications and journeys
- Develops and delivers strategic briefs, and is able to articulate the sophisticated challenges of institutional clients briefly and clearly to stakeholders and colleagues
- Owns and manages key elements of our content across our digital ecosystem
- Uses data to review activity, find insight and create hypothesis for improvement
- Influences and works with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure institutional marketing adheres to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous relevant experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success; financial services experience preferred
- Demonstrable ability to understand the nature of institutional clients and their investment cycles, as well as being able to quickly build a working knowledge of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's propositions to these clients
- Ability to build relationships across a large, matrixed organisation
- Capable of working independently and with ownership; and able work transparently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress and effectively track deliverables to completion
- Strong digital, data and reporting skills, with emphasis on interpreting data to create paths forward
- Ability to quickly understand J.P. Morgan's business and our unique position as a brand leader, and intuit what is and isn't 'our brand'
