LTE/5G experienced Network Management Systems Engineer to be based in Nokia South Korea. The successful candidate ideally is certified for installation & upgrade of Nokia NetAct platform and is Korean national. Main responsibilities include the support of various NetAct releases, participation in upgrade and integration projects.

• Main responsibilities include the support of various NetAct releases, participation in upgrade and integration projects.
• NetAct product family deployment and technical support services - Installation/Integration/Update/Upgrade//Troubleshooting
• Diagnose, analyse, investigate and solve the technical issues/problems indicated by Nokia customers.
• Represent and explain various technical functionalities clearly and accurately to an audience with varied technical background both in Korean an English language
• Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  

You have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network management or IT systems
• Strong knowledge of NetAct Admin, Installation, and Operations
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
• Solid analytical and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Hands-on experience with Linux (especially RHEL) and relational databases (Oracle 19c)

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Perl)
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies like 4G and 5G
• Familiarity with VMware concepts and products
• Experience in SAN switch zoning and external storage configuration
