What will you do?

  • Help IT and business stakeholders to understand user needs, build user understanding and deliver evidence-based solutions and improvements
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team (with Designers and Design Thinkers) to improve UX maturity across key areas of our company
  • Actively participate in shaping product and organizational strategies
  • Design, lead and execute user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach and communicate the value of user research
  • Turn research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Help facilitate discussions leading to practical solutions to user needs and pain points
  • Share experience with other user research colleagues, providing them with constructive feedback and guidance
  • Help democratize user research skills, guidance and training across the company

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

  • University degree
  • Significant (ideally 5+ years) experience in User Research
  • Diverse experience with research methods
  • Comfortable leading projects from start to finish
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and written
  • Positive attitude, adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with the medical / pharma industry would be a plus, but is not a requirement
