Qualifications

  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • Track record of successfully managing a technical business group and maintaining consistent growth.
  • Recognized as a strategic leader who has the ability to hire, retain and motivate diverse quality talent and provide technical thought leadership.
  • Understanding of security technology and its principles with a focus on the cyber threat landscape.
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape related to security and privacy in an international environment.
  • Executive presence, ability to influence senior IT and Global Risk leaders, CISO, CTO, CIOs.
  • Experience in working with a global cross-functional team and ability to partner with stakeholder teams
  • Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills

Additional Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of total Security operations and 5 years of directly managing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud and enterprise security and having sound understanding of investigations and containment in those environments at scale
  • Knowledge on KQL is added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for orchestrating response by mobilizing the right teams and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Focus is on minimizing impact, maintaining timeline, and speeding up recovery by centralizing decision-making and resource allocation during critical events.
  • Manages internal and coordination with external communication partners, ensuring stakeholders, from executive leadership to technical teams, receive the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Maintains continuous, streamlined communication strategy for stakeholders
  • Manages ongoing surveillance of operational performance by tracking key metrics and monitors incident response progress.
  • Ensures that detection and response efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, offering oversight to optimize security operations and drive accountability.
  • Continuously seek improvements to the incident management process including after-action reviews
