Responsibilities:

  • The Organization PMO Change Management Lead is responsible for contributing to the overall change management strategy and leading the overall change management approach and communications for Technology Program and Project Management.
  • Drives the creation and execution of the Change Management strategy for each process or tool release, ensuring an aligned and cohesive approach.
  • Collaborates with business owners and process SMEs to identify and document change impacts (business process, end user, and/or organizational impacts)
  • Assesses the degree of impact, the scope of people impacted, and defines mitigation plans accordingly
  • Performs semi-annual staffing capacity analysis for PMO and Project Management teams.
  • Interfaces with senior project staff and senior management teams regarding status of changes.
  • Recommends and oversees process improvements.
  • Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
  • Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
  • Prosci Change Management certified


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
