Position Description:

• Develop and implement national market access strategies to ensure the success entry of our products in target markets/projects.
• Lead in conducting in-depth research on national and local relevant policies to provide policy support to business winning in the target market/projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government, industry associations, academic organizations etc. to enhance company brand image. Advocate our products to government key stakeholders and policymakers.
• Lead market research efforts, analyze competitor dynamics and provide analytical support for company’s market strategy formulation.
• Coordinate internal resources, promote cross-team collaboration and ensure the smooth progress of market access work.
• Take lead of team building and management, enhancing professional capabilities of whole team.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Rich experience in the medical device industry, with solid experience in market access management.
• Familiarity with national and local medical policies and regulations, with proven track records of lobbying key government stakeholders and policy makers.
• Strong market sensitivity and sharp insights to analyze and interpret policies and make effective proposal for biz decision.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer candidates with good government relations, industry association, and academic organization resources.
