Key responsibilities:

  • Establish mechanisms for tracking, monitoring and improving carrier performance
  • Collaborate with 3Ps to forecast volumes and capacity requirements (over peak periods).
  • Define contingency plans to ensure service levels are maintained during high-demand/force majeure periods.
  • Monitor and manage supplier invoices to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by working with 3P to optimize processes and enhance service levels.
  • Execute promo activities and ensure 3Ps are prepared to support with the necessary resources.
  • Complete competitor analysis of the Shipping proposition to ensure eBay are competitive/market leading
  • Create and raise Purchase Orders / Project Sheets

Skills:

  • Adept at collaborating with partners and managing relationships to drive business success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, review and evaluate data to drive informed decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, logistics or retail
