- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a related role.
- 7 years of experience in strategy development and execution within business environments.
- 2 years of experience directly managing teams, including coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience leading and delivering programs with business impact.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree.
- 7 years of experience managing stakeholders, including executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and high performance, with a proven ability to develop and inspire talent.
- Understanding of the broader industry and competitive landscape, ideally within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to influence direction and strategy at the executive level.
- Deep expertise in multiple critical business areas.
