Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
Experience directly managing teams, coaching and mentoring junior team members
Experience in a Chief of Staff role (or similar role) needing leadership of varied strategic and operational initiatives while working closely with executive leaders
Deep knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate, particularly for publishers and developers on the "sellside" of the ecosystem
Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
Ability to work in complex environments delivering multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
