Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in demand forecasting, optimizing inventory, supply planning and CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to work with diverse data sources to derive key insights.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity and navigate complexity to develop solutions.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and launch new products or programs in the marketplace.
- Excellent critical thinking, presentation, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
