Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Typically 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in demand forecasting, optimizing inventory, supply planning, and planning, forecasting and replenishment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and launch new products and/or programs in the marketplace.
- Ability to work with diverse data sources to derive key insights.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity and navigate complexity to develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate in French, German, Spanish or Italian fluently as this is a partner facing role that will require communication either in French, German, Spanish or Italian with local stakeholders.
- Excellent critical thinking, presentation, decision making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
