Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and efficiency of pricing processes.
- Analyze pricing data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of pricing initiatives.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Influence sales leadership and other cross-functional teams in thinking through complex business models of extending our value prop with top global accounts/partners.
- Build financial & analytical nuances across the dimensions of customer segments, products, and markets to find the right balance of trade.
Your day to day:
- Support leadership in constructing compelling arguments and negotiating tactics that will create winning commercial outcomes (revenue & margin profile)
- Be fully immersed in supporting the iterations of deal negotiation as a trusted partner to the sales team – sales pitches, term sheets and contracts, leadership presentations, etc.
- Participate in deal review/approval process and adhere to agreed SLA with Sales partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within sales, product, finance, and other functional teams. Engage in the cadence/process of interactions, be a team player, and a positive influence on others.
What you need to bring:
- 8+ years of relevant finance, strategic sales / BD, strategic pricing, strategy, corp dev, banking, consulting, investor relations, equity research experience.
- An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role.
- Ability to grasp the nuances of the next generation of product / commercial solutions
- Strong experience in navigating through complex pricing/monetization and financial models and the ability to build negotiating tactics / insights.
- Support leadership in synthesizing highly complicated / nuanced ideas and communicating them in ways others can easily understand (both oral and written).
- Versatility in navigating a complex & matrixed corporate environment while juggling multiple responsibilities. A collaborative mindset is essential.
- Highly dependable, with ability to drive things to conclusion in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $84,500 to $140,250
