Key Responsibilities (Growth focus)

  • Lead and execute strategic engagements at key customer. Drive adoption of innovative solutions and unput RD for future roadmap.
  • Acquire deep customer knowledge. Interact with customers to gain understanding of their technical requirements and effectively translate these requirements into the product roadmap and engagement strategies.
  • Align direction of application development based on the customer technology roadmap.
  • Drive and develop use cases, define/find wining applications based on the balance between AMAT and customer interest.
  • Provide leadership and direction through managers for providing perspective of customer process and device roadmaps (N to N+2) for a broad function area.
  • Identify inflections, threats and opportunities for market share and market size growth.
  • Develop and manage relationships with technical buyers. Improve customer(s) preference to engage Applied on their need
  • Own and manage technical engagement programs with customer(s).
  • Protect customer(s) IP and Applied IP, gather competitive intelligence.
  • Explore customer(s) challenges, understand options and influences the customer’s technical choices. Design alternative technology solutions and improve customer(s) preference to engage Applied on technical problems.
  • Must own specific initiatives

    and ability to influence customer’s top management. TCD should identify areas for growth and enhance customer engagement, solution position, market penetration and adoption.
