We have a unique challenge to overcome: use ML and LLMs at the scale of Amazon. As a manager you will lead the team to build a scalable LLM infrastructure that can be used to process billions of documents and images each year, in a cost efficient way. To be successful you will need to be able to keep the long-term objectives in mind while guiding the team through short-term obstacles.Your Mission:
• Build AI-powered systems to ensure safety and compliance across Amazon's vast retail network
• Lead a team developing scalable LLM infrastructure to process billions of documents annually
• Drive innovation in computer vision, NLP, and machine learning for compliance automationWhy This Role Matters:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
